Registration Dates...Scamps runs 3 terms per calendar year. Terms 1 begins at the end of August and runs until the 3rd week in January. Term 2 begins immediately after term 1 and runs until the 1st week of June. Term 1 and 2 are 19 weeks long. Our Summer term is 10 weeks long and runs from the second week of June until the end of August. Registration for each term begins 5 weeks prior to the start of the term. We do, however, take registration at any time and will pro rate fees for those that start after a term has begun.
How To Register...A non-refundable $30.00 deposit is necessary at the time of registration to retain a class space. Please register early to guarantee your first choice of class times. Registrations are taken in person on a first come, first serve basis. We will take registrations through the mail. Just print out the Registration Form and mail it in with a check to "Scamps Gymnastics" for the minimum $30.00 deposit or with your credit card number and expiration date. Official registration cards and minor consent forms must be filled out and signed prior to a child participating in their first class.

Which Class To Sign Up For...Look for the appropriate age group for your child. If your child is age 4 and over and new to the program or moving from preschool program to recreational program, they must register in level 1. If your child is a returning student, you should receive a recommendation from his/her instructor indicating the level to sign up for.
Remember...Parents often want their children in an older or more advanced class than is appropriate. It is best to keep children in a class where they can achieve success and be comfortable with the skills they are doing before moving on to the next level. It is much better to move a child up if the level is too easy than to move them down. All motor skills take time to learn and perfect. Please have patience with the learning process. It is always best to sign up for more than 1 class for increased retention of skills learned.
What To Wear...For safety, students should dress in proper clothing. It is recommended that girls wear leotards; however, shorts, T-shirts, or warm-ups are acceptable. In addition, socks should be worn instead of slippery tights, and long hair should be tied back. Boys should wear shorts and a T-shirt or warm-ups. All shoes and coats must remain in the lobby area and placed in the coat and shoe racks. Absolutely no food, gum, or drink is allowed in the gym. Please do not send your children to class with jewelry or other expensive personal items. Scamps, Inc. assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen items.
Annual Membership Fee.. An annual membership fee of $30.00 per student is due each year. The membership fee is good for a period of 1 year from the date it is paid.
Methods Of Payment...Choose from one of the following:
1) Payment in Full
2) Monthly Payment Plan
** A $30.00 non-refundable deposit is required to register prior to the first day of class.
** 1/4 Payment by February 4, 2017
**1/4 Payment by March 4, 2017
** 1/4 Payment by April 1, 2017
** Account Paid in Full by April 29, 2017
All accounts with un unpaid balance after April 29, 2017 will be assessed a $15.00 Late Fee.

Second child ......................$45.00 off full class fee
Third child or more...............$65.00 off full class fee
**Family discounts may not be used with other special discounts.
Second Class 50% OFF..... We feel that it is most beneficial for students to enroll in more than 1 class per week. Doing so not only gives the child more time to practice skills, but gives them the opportunity to obtain greater strength and flexibility which are vital in skill development. Students that enroll in a second class will receive 50% off that class fee. Sign up for a third class and recieve 75% off that class fee.
