January 30 - June 11

Level  1                                                                          $245/Term

Little or no experience in gymnastics.  Preschool students and new students will enter into this level. 

Skills taught:      Forward and backward rolls and cartwheels on floor

Basic bouncing on trampoline & double mini trampoline

Level 2/3                                                                  $245/Term  

Skills taught:      Handstands, round offs, back handsprings on floor.

Swivel hips and front & back tucks on trampoline and double mini  trampoline

Level       3                                                                  $245/Term  

Skills taught:      Hurdle to round off, back handsprings on floor.  Front and back layouts on trampoline and double mini trampoline
